- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- First-in-first-out method is in use
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine and soft drink dispenser nozzles observed in good sanitary condition

- Public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
