Follow-up Inspection condcuted today for report#JCHY-C69SD2.
All infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C69SD2.
-Handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks are clear from obstructions to facilitate proper handwashing.
-QUATs dispenser and QUATs spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
-No potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: buckets of yogurt, rice, curry, and sauces) observed to be stored under room temperature. All potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored in the walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-No buckets of curry observed to be thawed at room temperature. All frozen foods are thawed in the walk-in cooler.

NOTE: Ensure that no potentially hazardous foods are out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

Overall, facility is well organized.
