Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was open at time of inspection.

- Hand sink was properly supplied at time of inspection.
- Hole in ceiling above dishwasher has been sealed.
- Hole in storage/coat room has been sealed.
- Dry storage room has been cleaned, all bottom shelves of storage racks were empty - good. Ensure the bottom shelves stay empty until pest issue has been resolved.
- Pest control report from January and February 11th available for review. Two new metal tin cats have been set up.
- Walk-in cooler has been cleaned. Food properly covered.
- Cleaning throughout facility has been completed. **ongoing cleaning and sanitizing needed for any areas with new rodent droppings found.
