Routine Inspection was Conducted. -All handwashing stations were equipped with soap, paper towel, cold/hot running water. -Quat sanitizer was measured at 200ppm for food contact -Coolers were measured at 4°C or below -All freezers were measured at -18°C or below -No evidence of pests. *Please clean the chlorine tablet basket for the low temperature and record the Chlorine concentration daily to ensure adequate concentration of sanitizer is being dispensed. *Please clean all the filters for ice machine; walk-in freezers, coolers to prevent dust build-up that may lead to contamination periodically. *Please store "cucumber cutting boards" and other utensils in "clean" areas instead of stairways to the roof.
