General comments: - Routine inspection conducted - Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water - Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle measured at 200ppm. - Dry storage is 6" off the floor. - Freezers operating at -18C or below (chest freezers, uptight freezer, and gelato freezer) - Ice machine is maintained in sanitary conditions - Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner - Coolers for drinks operating at 4C *Display cooler with sandwiches was measured at 5.2C and was on defrost cycle (please monitor the cooler to ensure the temperature comes down to 4C or below) - General sanitation is good
