Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers in adequate temperature. Products stored in frozen states. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
