Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the dough cutter immediately. Propose a way of cleaning and sanitizing the hard to reach areas such as behind the blades. Correct by: immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop was stored inside the ice machine with the handle part touching the ice.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store ice scoop inside the ice machine. Obtain a food-grade container to stored the scoop separate from ice. Correct by; Immediately.

- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in pail.
- 3 compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Ensure to maintain temperature records on a daily basis for all coolers and freezers.
