Slicer appears to be in good repair. Coolers including upright, line and display coolers <4C. Walk in cooler foods <4C. Foods are stored above the ground or on shelving. Freezers <-18C. Counters and prep areas appear to be in good repair. 2 compartment sink used for dishwashing, appears to be clean. Occasional use of dishwasher; dishwasher not available for testing at the time of inspection. Dishes for customers are single use disposable. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
