General sanitation - good. Hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels available at handwash station. Walk in cooler at 3.7 C. Ice cream freezer at -19 C. Food storage areas are maintained in sanitary manner, all foods stored off floor. Bleach spray sanitizer was at 200 ppm chlorine residual. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
