Follow-up inspection report conducted for report# 245168
- None of the cold inserts were noted along the prep cooler during the inspection (approximate time of inspection 10:15 AM - it was agreed upon during the last routine inspection that the cold inserts will not be brought out from the walk-in cooler until opening time, 11:00 AM. This will ensure that if the prep cooler cannot maintain food at 4C or below, all food left over will be discarded by 3 PM, within 4 hours).
- Meat slicer was noted in a sanitary condition.
- Did not observe improper tong storage for the salad container.
- Did not observe single-use sauce container being used as dispenser.
- All food stored protected.

- Floor in the walk-in cooler does appear to be cleaned, however, debris and food still noted on the floor, far back below shelving units. Please ensure to do a deep clean to remove all debris and food.

No further follow-up required at this point.
