Observed a live mouse in the kitchen

Last pest control report from Orkin -February 15, 2023 also indicates rodent activity and sanitation issues.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect areas with mouse droppings DAILY

Continue to maintain all soft packaged foods (ie. paper, soft plastic, nylon) in dry storage room in rodent proof containers
