-Display cooler is currently being defrosted due to ice build-up on the compressor. Operator to ensure temperature is maintaining a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less before using to store/display any potentially-hazardous foods
-Low-temp dishwasher is now providing 50+ppm chlorine sanitizer residual. Operator indicates that a service technician will be coming later today or tomorrow to inspect and make any necessary additional repairs to the unit.
-Reminded operator of the requirement to keep the hand-washing station accessible and clear of obstructions.
