Corrective Action(s): Clean area and sanitize thoroughly. Maintain facility and garbage area in a sanitary manner to prevent attracting pests.

Observation: Piles of wood debris noted by garbage containers in the back of the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Remove wood debris as this can provide a harborage site for rodents. Maintain facility in a clean and organized manner to prevent attracting pests

=Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS and available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, however some cleaning required on grill area equipment and door handles.
=Ice machine and deli slicer was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; staff FOODSAFE certification verified. Discussed FOODSAFE expiry date.
