Upright cooler (2C), and storage room cooler (1C) were < 4 C. Storage room freezer (-20C). Kitchen undercounter freezer not in operation at the time of inspection The dishwasher reached 73.9 C at the dish surface level Surface sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottles No evidence of pests. Pest control comes on site regularly. General sanitation was satisfactory.
