Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. 5 bags of raw ramen discarded. Internal temperature 22C.
2. Dry vermicelli noodle soaked in water (12C) for an hour. Noodle relocated to a cooler at this time.
3. 2 pots of soup base (internal temperature 56C). Soups were boiled and kept on stove at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (Repeat violation) Observed raw eggs on a shelf stored above raw vegetables. Eggs relocated at this time.

Observation: Moderate to heavy fruit fly activity noted by the hand washing sink next to the 2 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize walls, floor, side of cooler, and any surfaces where the fruit fly activity is high.
2. Call the pest control company for an assessment.
3. Install fruit fly traps throughout the kitchen.
4. General sanitation improvement around the hand sink and the dishwashing area is required.
Correct this by: Immediately and onward.

- Surface of cabinet doors in the bar area
- Under the microwave
- Lower shelf located behind the cook line (heavy oil and food build up)

Observation: 1. (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION)(Repeated violation) Hand washing sink by the ramen station was obstructed by ramen strainer. Ramen strainer removed at this time.
2. Hand washing station next to 2 compartment sink was obstructed by metal shelf. The hand washing station was leaking by the P-trap.
Correction: 2. Remove metal shelf that is blocking the hand washing station. Discontinue the use of the hand washing station next to the 2 compartment sink. Service the leaking issue. Correct this by Feb 16 2022

Observation: Accumulation of mould and mildew-like deposit was detected at the upper compartment of the ice machine.
Correction: Discard ice. Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer's direction. Correct this by: immediately.

Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips.
Hand sink next to the 2 compartment sink is serviced.
No hand sinks were obstructed at this time.
Foods are covered in the coolers.

Ice machine is in sanitary condition.
