Observation: Frozen fish on display were not at frozen food temperatures. The temperatures ranged between 2 - -7 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Over stacking and not inserting the products into the ice cause then to be at higher temperatures. Please follow proper forzen food storage practices.

Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezer units were adequate.
- Hand wash sink was provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot water was not available but was reconnected during the inspection.
- Bleach solution was available.
- Continue to organize and maintain all areas of department so that access to cleaning and maintenance is easy.
