-Follow-up inspection to December 14, 2018.
-Grease interceptor has been emptied but high temperature dishwasher continues to overflow. Operator has prepared 100ppm bleach sanitizer in the 2-compartment sink.
-Compressor for display cooler has been repaired and was at 4C.
