Note: This was noted in a previous inspection report. Papertowel present in a container for use in the interim.

Comments

- Handsink supplied with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm quats sanitizer.
- Outstanding violations have been corrected.

* Continue to work on regularly maintaining a higher level of sanitation at all times. Premises has a contract for monthly pest control services. Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.

* Operator advised that premises no longer sublets to Sushia Sushi to cook/ fry items of raw animal origin. In future, this type of agreement must be reviewed and approved by Fraser Health.
