This inspection done by an EHO student.

-The following outstanding corrections from last routine inspection have been made:
1) Single use containers no longer stored in chemical storage room downstairs. Room appeared well organized and maintained at the time of visit.

2) UV light installed in kitchen to control fly activities therein.

3) Self closing mechanism installed at back door entrance in main kitchen. Door no longer left open.

4) Dough mixer well cleaned and wraped up at the time of visit.

5) Light bulbs upstairs have been covered.
