Staff moved whiteboard during the inspection. Corrective Action(s): Corrective actions: - Refill paper towel dispenser and ensure all handwashing stations are accessible and stocked with hot / cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times. Facility was not approved for any cooking, only for cutting and processing raw meat products. Corrective Action(s): Corrective actions: - Remove combination oven off premises. Do not use until on updated floor plan, food safety plan, and sanitation plan is approved by the Health Authority. Staff discarded newspaper at time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Corrective actions: - Do not use newspapers to line any food contact surface only food grade material is to be used. Newspapers are not food grade and cannot be cleaned and sanitized. Violation Score: 3
