Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation:
- Handsink in the back area blocked by a white board and no paper towel was available at this handwashing station. Staff moved whiteboard during the inspection.

- Refill paper towel dispenser and ensure all handwashing stations are accessible and stocked with hot / cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times.

Observation: Observation:
- Combination oven on premises being used to cook meat. Facility was not approved for any cooking, only for cutting and processing raw meat products.

- Remove combination oven off premises. Do not use until on updated floor plan, food safety plan, and sanitation plan is approved by the Health Authority.

- Newspaper was used to line the bottom of the cutting boards. Staff discarded newspaper at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective actions:
- Do not use newspapers to line any food contact surface only food grade material is to be used. Newspapers are not food grade and cannot be cleaned and sanitized.
