Routine inspection conducted. - All refrigeration units temp @ <4 degrees Celsius - All freezer units temp @ <-18 degrees Celsius - All food items in store intact, no expired foods, good stock rotation observed. - General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests. Back storage/produce processing (only trimming veggies)/recieving: - Sanitizer available @ 200 ppm Quats in spray bottle for veggie area (ensure to fill solution with lukewarm water). Hand sink fully equiped with hot + cold water, soap + paper towel * Ensure to clean and sanitize knife holder regularly. - All food items stored on pallets in back storage. - General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests during inspection. * Ensure to seal cracks at one side of the wall beside one receiving door and beside the emergency exit at the back recieving area. - Door sweeps inplace on recieving doors, no light coming in from recieving bay area.
