Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potato press was found to have potato debris on the hand piece.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Potato press was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pail was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Sanitizer was labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 03, 2023.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Operator stated the technician adjusted the dishwasher - no invoice available. High temperature dishwasher was completed multiple consecutive cycles and was able to achieve final temperatures of 71C, 73C, and 71C (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Facility was serviced by a professional pest control operator on April 04, 2023. Report indicated facility had minor pest infestation - operator stated the pest control technician will service the facility monthly. Areas affected with rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact your pest control operator if needed.
-Cardboard has been removed from the shelving unit in the kitchen.
-Did not find any single use items washed for reuse.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened metal cans.
-Shatter shield for the light fixture is on order.
*Operator is switching from a Quats based sanitizer to a chlorine/bleach based sanitizer. To prepare 100ppm to 200ppm bleach, add 1 teaspoon bleach per litre of water.
