*Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 10, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B2JT5U) - Gap between the back doors has been sealed - Wire shelving for storing clean equipment is well-maintained. Ensure shelving is cleaned regularly to prevent accumulation of debris. - Small under-counter cooler at sushi prep area is at < or = 4C - Bulk food scoops are stored in an outside container - Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm Thank you for your effort in these improvements.
