CCFL is on site today to conduct follow-up inspection.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
The Licensee has submitted a Health and Safety Plan to Licensing which has been accepted.
The Licensee is to contact any changes in children's enrollment and changes to days of attendance to Licensing, a new plan must be submitted for apporval.
* The Licensee to keep daily attendance which will include time of arrival and departure.*
The Licensee was not able to located attendance records for 2019 other than the month of July.
If the Licensee is able locate the attendance reports, they must be supplied to Licensing.
CCFL inspected the entire facility today and there were only 7 children present.
The Licensee stated that the other staff would only be present to help her with the children and would not be left allow with children.
CCFL took a photograph of the play pen in the upstairs bedroom.
The licensee was asked if she wanted a copy of this photograph and she declined.
