Observation: Debris (including food debris) observed in some areas along the floor, mainly in harder to reach areas. What appeared to be pest droppings were observed on the floor under one freezer. Droppings may not be recent.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings. Ensure above-noted areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Food debris may potentially attract pest activity. Date to be corrected by: April 14, 2023.

Hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser and in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
All sinks supplied with hot and cold running water. Drain stoppers available for two-compartment sink.
High temperature dishwasher measured 79 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
Bakery equipment/utensil cleaning and sanitizing procedures reviewed.
Temperature logs maintained.
Premises is serviced by a pest control technician on a bi-weekly basis. Most recent pest control report dated April 5, 2023 noted no activity in interior rodent traps. No signs of pest activity observed during the routine health inspection with the exception of a few rodent droppings observed on the floor under one freezer. Ensure affected area is properly cleaned and sanitized today.
