Coolers were 4 degrees C or less in the kitchen and classrooms.
Freezer temperature was satisfactory.
Temperature records were being maintained.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71.1 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.

NOTE: Please obtain a waterproof thermometer with a cover and "min/max" option to monitor the dishwasher final rinse temperature internally and provide an update to the area E.H.O. within 1 month.
