Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed rinsing their hands with gloves on. This is not proper handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Gloves must be discarded and hands must be washed with soap and warm water before new gloves are put on.

Comments

Inspection conducted with the EHO practicum student.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Check daily.
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottles (2) were tested at 100 ppm at the front and the sanitizer bottle in the back was slightly too strong. It was refilled to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure that 1 tsp of bleach per liter is used for 100-200 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
