Routine inspection: General: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laundry services done onsite. Note: Steri Dent dry heat sterilizer unplugged and used only to store cleaned and disinfected semi critical nail implements. Manicure/Pedicure: PREempt CS20 within expiry date onsite and available for use. Product not diluted with water and is used as per manufacturers instructions. Soaking jar and flat glass container available for disinfecting semi critical nail implements. All buffers, sanding blocks, files, etc. single use. Adequate supply observed available for use onsite. Pedicure tub disinfected with bleach solution after each client. Waxing: Treatment bed paper liner single use. Wax sticks and strips single use. Credo blades single use.
