Routine Inspection Conducted Documents submitted: - All professional pest reports since the last inspection Observations: - All coolers on sales floor at or below 4'C - All freezers on sales floor at or below -19'C - All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Last three aisles are observed empty - General sanitation satisfactory - Hand washing station in produce processing area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle at produce profession area measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip - Mechanical pest traps observed throughout the aisles and in the back receiving area - Large back receiving door observed closed - Professional pest control company is contracted to complete regular inspections Major improvements noted in regards to rodent activity - Good Job! - Some droppings observed in non-food storage areas in the back receiving - Professional pest traps observed in place and all food observed protected from potential contamination.
