Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink near bar/coffee area is blocked with a cart for storing used glasses/glassware
Corrective Action(s): - Move the cart to some other area so that the handsink is easily accessible by the staff to wash hands. Do not store any items in the sink basin or in front of it

Area EHO will review the information and will get back to operator. Until such times, all water buffalo is put on hold and cannot be used for food preparation or service

Comments

- Handwashing station in kitchen (at two comp. sink, prep area front) and washrooms are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water soap and paper towel.
- Coolers-upright storage cooler, prep cooler and bar cooler are all measure at less than 4C.
- Freezers - upright and chest - are measured less than -18C.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 78C during final rinse cycle at dish surface.
- Sanitizer solution (in a spray bottle) is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted.
- No pest activity is noted at the time of inspection

NOTE: Maintain temperature records on regular basis.
NOTE- Label all food items in coolers and date/time track and adequately rotate.
