- The black display cooler in the Meat Dept. was 10C. Decrease the temperature to 4C.
- The white display cooler in the Meat Dept was being repaired at time of the inspection.
- The large produce walk-in-cooler was 4C, and a thermometer was present.
- A follow-up inspection on Oct. 30/19 at noon.
