Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied throughout. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser. - Good food storage practice observed throughout. - Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse. - Glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (12.5ppm) after final rinse. - Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored properly. - Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted. Recent inspection done Sep 25. General sanitation satisfactory, except mentioned above.
