General sanitation is excellent. Washroom hand sinks stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Coolers (upright display) < or = 4 C. Freezers (chest) < or = -18 C. Note: prepackaged food only. No signs of pest at the time of inspection. Bulk food items are dispensed using scoops which stored safely at the time of inspection. The scoop handles are not touching the food items. Note: Random food items (i.e. prepackaged spices, dairy products, canned food items) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions. Note: Observed different kind prepackaged meat in display freezers with the store labels. Invoices are not available on site. Please provide invoices for all meat and internals (05.31.2019). The Health Approval was not given for prepackaged meat. Be inform that the enforcement action can be taken (An Order or/and Ticket).
