-Follow-up inspection to October 18, 2017.
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Snap traps and monitoring stations were observed in the dry storage room. Areas affected with rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity. In order to prevent pest infestation ensure the following preventative measures are use: keep facility clean and sanitary, do not allow standing water in the facility, store foods off the floor and in pest proof containers, raise shelving units to 6 inches/15 cm off the floor to allow for proper cleaning under shelving units, and remove garbage at the end of each night.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Cardboard lining surfaces of freezer units has been removed. Surfaces are now smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
-Staff stated technician has been to the store to repair the door seals for the prep cooler but did not have parts available. Repair cooler door seals to prevent loss of cold refrigeration air and the prevent build-up of food debris.
