Corrective Action(s): Chlorine was available in the container, primed unit and found 50 ppm chlorine on subsequent cycles.

- NOTE: Check and record temperatures of the coolers at least once per day .
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- spray bottle had 100 - 200 ppm chlorine
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: counter beside dishwasher is starting to crack along the coving against the wall, will need to be repaired or sealed in the near future.
