-Follow-up inspection to November 30, 2017.
-Operator has obtained a replacement cooler unit for the sushi bar area. Potentially hazardous foods were probed at 4C.
-Staff are also checking and recording temperatures on a daily basis.
-Ensure top level of cooler unit is not over stocked. Too much food at the top level may affect proper air circulation.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued on November 30, 2017 have been met. Public Health Act Correction Order has been rescinded.
-Facility has had numerous repeat violations and continued non-compliance with the Food Premises Regulation will result in further progressive enforcement actions.
