Paper based inspection Report #F232800: Note- Baking program (Otis Spunkmeyer) has been implemented in-store. This is happening in all Petro Canada store? Small oven with cooling racks on top. Cookies area baked daily. Manager has FoodSafe 1 training. SOP for baking cookies submitted at time of inspection. *Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. *Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. *Designated freezer in the back for storing frozen cookies. Freezer temp. was at -20 deg C. *Walk-in cooler, sandwich cooler and beverage coolers were at 4 deg C or colder. *Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder. *Back area was clean/organized. *Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
