This inspection done by EHO student.
Notes
-Cooling procedures in Food Safety plan has been updated. Roast beef and turkey meat is placed in freezer after cooking. Internal temperature reaches <20 deg. C after 1.5 hrs in freezer. Internal temperature of beef @ 14.9 deg. C and turkey @ 9.4 deg. C, items cooked 1.5 hrs ago. Food items are then placed in coolers for further cooling. *This premise does not serve chicken.
-Ensure present/future food handlers are trained in new cooling procedures
-all handsinks (front/back) fully stocked with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels
