Items corrected: -all rodent droppings & surrounding areas cleared & sanitized - correct during insp. -all dishes have been cleaned & sanitized through dishwasher (Move dishes in affected areas) -cooler bottoms have been cleared & sanitized. Please email Health Inspector with Certificate of Incorporation for final approval of change of ownership. *NOTE - staff can not easily access back corners of stainless steel shelves. Going forward facility must work out how to clean this area.
