Sani-bucket in use in front and measured 200 ppm quats, but smaller sanitizer trays both measured around 100 ppm or less. Ensure these trays are changed more regularly than the sani-buckets to ensure 200 ppm threshold is maintained. Rear of premises very clean. cooling units all less than 4 C Freezers less than -18 C Dishwasher at 77 C at plate handwash facilities all stocked.
