- Noted cooler had not been repaired yet. The adjacent cooler requires repairs also.
- Begin monitoring temperatures of these two coolers and ensure the temperatures are at 4C/40F or less.
- Perishable foods (sprouts, baby carrots, spinach and coleslaw salads) must not be stored above 4C/40F for more than 2 hours.
- Display only enough of these products to last 2 hours. Any leftover unsold product after the 2 hour limit must be discarded.
