Routine inspection conducted:
- Handwashing station in front area, back area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All display coolers are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers at front and storage freezer at back are less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is no longer used. All items - samosas, wraps,etc are made reheated from frozen for every time. Prepared items supplied by Nana's Kitchen.
- Sanitizer solution is available at 200ppm chlorine concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
