Paper report #252780 Routine inspection was conducted. - handwashing stations were fully equipped. - dishwasher was measured at 100ppm chlorine - Lactic acid sanitizer was being used at 1875ppm. Test strip was available. - Fridge and freezers were at 4c and -18C respectively. - Observed prpoper cooling methods of ice bath and ice wands during the inspeciton. Signatures obtained on the paper report.
