Observation: Although bleach is onsite, no sanitizer solution was present anywhere in the kitchen.
Correction: You must have sanitizer solution in the sink or in a bucket or spray bottle in the kitchen at all times. Sufaces, cutting boards etc must be sanitized frequenty.
Comments

Owner and inspector discussed the repeat violations that the facility continues to have.
Gave the owner a copy of the Food Premises Regulation and The Violation Fines Ticketing Regulation.

Future repeat violations of temperature control problems and sanitation issues may result in further enforcement action, such as tickets or closure.
