Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 63C, 63C, 59C at plate surface (after 3 runs). Measurements on the wash/rinse/pressure gauges were also not working.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust dishwasher to be able to reach final rinse temperature at or above 71C at plate surface. In the meantime, sanitize glasses/dishes with bleach-water (100ppm). Contact health office when planning to serve customers.

No food being served at time of inspection.

Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Fridge was unplugged and not in use at time of inspection. Temperature was not measured.
Premises is organized and well-maintained.
Ensure sanitizer is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces, such as QUATS or bleach-water. Generally, 1/2 tsp 5% unscented bleach per 1L water (for 100ppm bleach-water).
Ensure operator and staff obtains valid FoodSafe certification if planning to serve food. Please send copy of certificate when available.
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
