Measurements on the wash/rinse/pressure gauges were also not working. Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust dishwasher to be able to reach final rinse temperature at or above 71C at plate surface. Comments

No food being served at time of inspection. Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Fridge was unplugged and not in use at time of inspection. Temperature was not measured. Premises is organized and well-maintained. Ensure sanitizer is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces, such as QUATS or bleach-water. Generally, 1/2 tsp 5% unscented bleach per 1L water (for 100ppm bleach-water). Ensure operator and staff obtains valid FoodSafe certification if planning to serve food. Please send copy of certificate when available. No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
