-Follow-up inspection to March 26, 2018 - Public Health Act Closure Order issued for pest infestation. -Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Report states facility kitchen was serviced for cockroaches - maxforce pesticide. Facility has contracted professional pest control operator for a monthly warranty basis - pest control operator recommends a 3 month treatment period minimum. -Freezer unit was cockroach infestation has been removed from the facility and will be discarded. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface. Equipment and utensils have been cleaned and sanitized. -All work surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. -Cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure facility is kept clean to prevent further infestation. -Three cockroaches were found in the hallway area joining the adjacent facility. Pest control operator will return today to service hall area. -Did not observe any cockroach activity in the kitchen. -Conditions of the public Health Act Closure Order issued March 26, 2018 have been met. Public Health Act Closure Order has been rescinded and facility may resume operation and service to the public. -Operator's FoodSafe Level 1 will expire July 28, 2018. Operator must renew FoodSafe Level 1 in order to meet the FoodSafe requirements. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
