Observation:
Light covers missing from light fixtures. If bulbs become broken or explode, glass will fall into food.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation:
Surfaces (shelves, floor, counter tops, food containers) have a film of food dust (cocoa) on it, and spider webs seen along the walls. Food accumulation will attract pests, and spider webs could fall into food.
Corrective Action(s):
A deep clean of all areas and surfaces is needed to be done. A dry sweep or vacuum should be done, and then wet mop/wash should be completed to remove the remaining food debris.

Observation:
Exposed drywall and wood found in the mixing room. These surfaces are not sealed or cleanable. This was mentioned in the previous inspection.

Pairt these areas with a light colored paint to seal the surfaces so it is cleanable.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored on racks; 6" off the floor; in food grade containers; covered; and labeled.
- No expired foods found. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory. A deep, detailed cleaning is needed.
- No signs of pests.
