Observation: The top sandwich compartment of the display cooler was between 8-9 degC. The bottom part was 5 degC. Staff said that the sandwiches in the top compartment were made 1.5 hours ago.
Corrective Action(s): Move the sandwiches in the back cooler (done during the inspection). Get the cooler unit fixed. Do not store sandwiches in the top part of the unit until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Follow-up tomorrow.
