-Note: the Quats sanitizer solution is concentrated and needs to be mixed manually (8ml of sanitizer for 4 Liters of water). Ensure that it is mixed correctly in the sanitizer spray bottle to achieve 200 ppm. The breakfast program starts at 8am daily and runs until 8:30am. Domestic dishwasher on site that has a sanitizing cycle. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Refrigeration was < 4 C. Freezer was at -18 C. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
