Hand sinks all supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Dishwasher was run twice with EHOs thermometer inside. The first cycle reached 68C, while the second hit exactly 71C
Rinse temperature range did not reach recommended value on digital gage (rinse tank reached >200F)
Thermolabel stickers used to check warm up temperatures when machine turns on should be used on the inside of machine for accuracy. Ensure 71C is reached internally prior to use.
